I love capturing photos of plants, food and non-living things because I always believe, although they are not human, but they do have their own expression and emotion yet to be read and appreciated.

Kota Bahru & Kuala Terengganu Trip

I had a short trip to Kota Bahru & Kuala Terengganu end of April... and this is a short report of some local food.

Keropok Lekor
(Steam & Fried, 2 types)
Pictures are fried lekor, taste better than than steam because steam lekor is a little too fishy for me.

Nasi Kerabu
The rice is cook with a natural blue coloring extract from flower.
The brownish powder type material on top is coconut shred and chili (the chili is super hot), the rice is served with salted egg, bean sprout and keropok.
Nasi kerabu taste different from nasi lemak, felt heathier although the rice is a bit dry. Worth trying if you ever go to East Coast region.

P/s: I had this at a road side stall, hygienic issue... I think better skip this.
