I love capturing photos of plants, food and non-living things because I always believe, although they are not human, but they do have their own expression and emotion yet to be read and appreciated.

Chocolate Cupcake

In my previous post I was saying I need to stop baking for a while, but not now, because my dearest friend, Kitman, has just came back from US for holiday, and I have promised her I will do something (usually she only can get to see what I baked in my blog but can't taste them)...
My mom has just bought a recipe book by Alex Goh, hahaha... (why laugh, because my friend has the exactly the same name). This Alex Goh according to my mom, his is very good in baking... cake, bread, biscuit... everything related to baking la. So, when I flipped through, the easiest recipe is this chocolate cupcake...
First of all, it's Merdeka day, I can't get the ingredient from shop, so, I can only utilize whatever I have in my house... and this recipe is perfect, I have all the ingredient I need.

Ingredient A:
200g Margarine (I do not have enough margarine, I mixed with butter as alternative)
250g Sugar

Ingredinet B:
270g Plain flour
30g Cocoa powder (I do not have enough also, I mixed with coffee powder as alternative)
1.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Baking soda

Ingredient C:
0.5 tsp coffee paste
4 eggs
180g milk (I use 30g colostrum milk powder mix with 150g water)

Methods:
1. Cream ingredients A until well-blended. Add in Ingredient B, cream until well-combined.
2. Add in Ingredient C slowly, cream until light and smooth.
3. Grease the cupcake mould and sprinkle it with some almond flakes (I use sunflower seed instead). Pour the mixture into the prepared cupcake mould.
4. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. (I baked for only about 20 minutes because I used smaller mould).

Colour is very nice, smell nice and taste good
(The smaller one taste a little bit dry due to over bake, the big one was just nice)

hey, I really think this recipe is good... strongly recommend to all...

Fish Pond in My House

My dad loves fishes, but last time, we were putting the mini fountain indoor, a lot of fishes can't keep long. Once we thought we should give up buying new fishes, because as if we bought them home and "kill" them gradually in the pond.
Lately we bought a big oven, so, we have decided to move the pond to the balcony and spare out the space to the oven.
Now, all the fishes look great! They swim happily and actively, sometimes, they are not afraid of us at all. Sometimes when we walked by, they will swim to us, as if they are greeting us or maybe they are merely hoping for food. My parents bought a new water plant for them, so that when the weather is too hot, they can hide under the leaves.

Fish: hey, when are you going to feed us?

Searching for food?

The flower of the water plant

The plant above the pond

Still find the food nowhere?

See, they are coming, hoping for food again

Fish: please....

They you go

This greedy fish thought that I'm going to feed again

That's the power of pet... although they can't talk to us, but they have their way to communicate with you and make you happy.
