I love capturing photos of plants, food and non-living things because I always believe, although they are not human, but they do have their own expression and emotion yet to be read and appreciated.

Cova Cafe at The Garden

How's your CNY holiday? Surprisingly, I didn't go to a lot of places during this CNY, just felt that time flies, before I can really enjoy it, I'm saying bye bye to "everything".
What I like about CNY is, besides we get a few days off, most of my friends will come back to KL for holiday and there will be a lot of gatherings and of course, we will spend quality time with each others.
I got a good friend, he was coming back from oversea, and he said he never been to The Garden, so, I pandai pandai suggested maybe we can watch a movie there, manatau, when I was about to book the tickets, I couldn't find a cinema in The Garden, till now I'm still not too sure is there a cinema? So, end up we watched the movie at Mid Valley and he bought me a tea at Cova Cafe & Lounge Bistro at The Garden.

Initially I thought this was a mango cake, until I ordered a piece of it and the waiter scratched his head and asked me was I refer to the peach cake?
pai se to the max...

I actually got a family gathering that night, I shouldn't eat much for the tea, so we decided to order a tea set for 2. But for me, the portion is still big.

Egg and tuna sandwiches, fish cakes and mushroom

Strawberries and brownies

Scones

Overall, if you ask me to rate the tea... I'll give it a 3 out of 5, passed! But when I was writing this post, I went to a few blogs to read about other's review to this cafe, their rating are quite high, so, maybe I'll still go back and try on the other food that those bloggers recommend.

天使与海豚 (Angel & Propoise)

Happy Valentine's Day!

(I'm sorry, tonight just wanted to write a Chinese post)

New year, New plants

| HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR |
| GONG XI FA CAI |

Yeah! CNY is just around the corner. We have 2 new plants in our house. First pot is this kumquat tree - 金桔. I've no idea why kumquat only sell before CNY, and, I'm not sure about other places, but kumquat is one of the top seller plants in Malaysia during CNY.
I think there are a few type of kumquat, we used to buy the round one but this time, my parents bought this longer in shape kumquat. This kumquat is beautifully decorated before my parents brought it home. If you still can't feel that CNY is close, bought one and put in your house, you will feel it immediately.

Nga gu plant
I'm sorry, I don't know how is it called in English. But you know, during CNY, normally you will find it everywhere, I mean the root, the root is something similar to potato, you can slice it and fried it to become nga gu chips.
Or, you can plant it with water and soil/tiny stones, and it will grow to be like this (see the picture below) - arrow shape leaves.
Tips: It takes about 2 weeks to grow. So, if you want your plant to look nice during CNY, plant it 2 weeks before CNY.

Orchid
Nice right? I love orchid, orchid is one of my favorite plant. Guess how much is this? RM70. I hope the flower can stay for at least 1 month, because, it might take a few years to bloom again or maybe it might not be able to bloom again. seriously, this kind of orchid need special treatment and technique to plant, I have to say, we are not orchid expert.

After CNY, I think we have no excuse to be lazy anymore :( ... gambate gambate!

恭祝各位心想事成,身体健康,一本万利,恭喜发财!
